Community Outreach Fair

The Community Outreach Fair is an opportunity for you to network with hundreds of convention attendees from both OCA and JACL. Promote you or your company/organization’s work, programs, opportunities, or sell non-food/drink items or do giveaways. The fair will take place on Friday, July 12, 2024 from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM ET

Rates:

  • Large Business & Corporation: $1,500

  • Government Agencies/Military: $500

  • Small Business: $200

  • Nonprofit: $100

  • Individual Artists and Authors: Case by case

Payment is not required until after you are accepted as a fair participant. If accepted, you'll receive one draped table (booth), two chairs, and printed table tents with the name of you/your company. You are welcome to bring your own tablecloth, signs, handouts, power strips, etc.
